We are currently accepting vendors for our Mystical Mayhem Festival!

If you are interested in being a vendor or a food truck for this event please submit the form below to be considered.

Location: The Hills Campground, 13400 Taylor Rd, Brooklyn, MI 49230

Setup time: June 21st 7am-10am

Breakdown time: June 21st 9-11pm

All vendor and food truck applications submitted will be considered.

There is no application fee.

Your application will be processed within 1-10 business days. Upon approval, your payment information will be charged for the choices you've selected and you will receive a confirmation email.

I am a vendor and I am applying for a vendor booth.

Quantity of 10 by 10 Front Traffic Booths. ($80 each)

Quantity of 10 by 10 Front and Back Traffic Booths. ($100 each)

I understand I am not allowed to sell guns or any items with the main purpose of weaponry (knives are an exception). Adult toys, lingerie, liquor, marijuana, cbd, illegal drugs or pills of any kind. These items will be grounds for immediate removal without refund.

I understand that if I am a food vendor or food truck, I will need to be licensed or follow all cottage food laws.

I have read the vendor waiver and vendor terms of conditions. The submission of this form will act as my signature to follow and uphold those contracts.
