Vendor Waiver

Indemnity Agreement/ Adult Hold Harmless

The Vendor, by checking the related corresponding box upon application, agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless Summers Inspired Events and all of its workers, helpers and volunteers against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of Vendor or any of Vendor’s agents, family members, officers, volunteers, helpers, partners, organizational members or associates, which arise out of the above mentioned activity or usage in an event hosted by Summers Inspired Events. Additionally, Vendor agrees to protect, defend, hold harmless and fully indemnify Summers Inspired Events for any claim or cause of action arising out of the above mention activity or usage which takes place during any Summers Inspired Event, that is brought against Summers Inspired Events by Vendor or Vendor’s family member, whether such claims arise from the alleged negligence of Summers Inspired Events, its employees or agents or from the negligence of Vendor or any of Vendor’s agents, family members, officers, volunteers, helpers, partners, organizational member or associates. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of this agreement shall continue in full legal force and effect.
